Thriving Kids rollout begins
The national rollout of Thriving Kids commenced in October, with supports to be introduced progressively through to 1 January 2028, when changes to NDIS access arrangements take effect. Children aged eight years and under can continue to apply for the NDIS through existing processes during this period.
Several national support services were launched in October, including the Thriving Kids Information and Resource Hub, a national phone line and Video Call service, and the Thriving Kids Autism Helpline.
