Two research collaborations between MPHN and the Population Child Health team at UNSW are exploring how children in regional communities can access more specialised care through their local general practice. 

MPHN’s growing health intelligence capability is helping turn what the organisation knows about the Murrumbidgee into evidence that can shape healthcare locally and contribute to conversations nationally. 

What if we could see more clearly how people move through the health system and use that knowledge to design better healthcare? That is the opportunity LUMOS is creating for the Murrumbidgee, and in 2025-2026 participation from local general practices continued to grow.
