⭐ encouraging healthy behaviours in all areas of life, such as school, the workplace and at home

⭐ projects designed to increase health literacy, empowering people to access, understand and act on health information and services to make appropriate decisions about their health

⭐ raising awareness of the social, cultural and environmental factors which cause chronic disease

⭐ projects aimed at reducing hospital admissions.

The Primary Healthcare Awards honour the hard work and dedication of healthcare workers in the primary care setting, and recognise the contribution the Murrumbidgee community makes to improving health across the region.
