The recipient of this award will demonstrate the positive impact of their event or activity on the community, aligning with the respective grant’s guidelines.
Criteria for this award:
⭐ Which grant funded your initiative and how did it align with the grant’s objectives?
⭐ Can you provide examples of your event’s positive community impact?
⭐ What strategies ensured your project’s successful execution?
⭐ How will your project’s benefits be sustained for long-term community impact?
The Primary Healthcare Awards honour the hard work and dedication of healthcare workers in the primary care setting, and recognise the contribution the Murrumbidgee community makes to improving health across the region.
