Provider Connect Australia (PCA)

Provider Connect Australia (PCA) is a free government service that helps healthcare provider organisations keep their practice information accurate and consistent across multiple systems. By updating details once in PCA, practices can ensure those changes automatically flow through to the National Health Service Directory (NHSD) and other selected business partners.

With PCA, practices can easily maintain up‑to‑date information about their site, services and practitioners, reducing duplication and saving administrative time.

You can currently publish updated practice information directly to:

• The Primary Health Network (PHN)

• The National Health Service Directory (NHSD) via healthdirect.gov.au
