General Practitioners and other clinicians are invited to refer eligible patients to the Overcoming Binge Eating (OBE) virtual group therapy program. This evidence‑based program supports adults experiencing binge eating to reduce episodes and improve their relationship with food and their body.

The OBE group runs for 10 weeks, with online sessions held on Thursdays from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm, aligned with school Term 2. Participants join via a desktop, laptop or tablet with camera, microphone, speakers and a reliable internet connection.
