Stronger Together: Explore MPHN's 2025-26 Annual Report
Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network's (MPHN) 2025-26 Annual Report is now available online, bringing together the stories, achievements and partnerships that shaped the organisation's work over the past year.
Published in a digital format for the first time, the report takes readers through a year defined by the theme Stronger Together and demonstrates how collaboration across communities, healthcare providers and partner organisations is helping improve health outcomes.
The report highlights MPHN's work to invest in communities, strengthen primary healthcare and support innovation, while reflecting on the partnerships that make this work possible.
MPHN CEO Narelle Mills said the theme captured the importance of working together.
"Better health outcomes aren't achieved by any one person, service or organisation," Ms Mills said.
"They are achieved when people work together, sharing their expertise, supporting one another and keeping patients and community at the centre of everything they do."
Throughout 2025-26, MPHN secured $5.8 million to expand multidisciplinary mental health care across 21 Local Government Areas, invested more than $407,000 in community wellbeing and suicide prevention initiatives, and continued supporting primary healthcare providers to navigate significant changes across the healthcare system.
The report also showcases initiatives including the inaugural BidgeeCon conference, expanded use of HealthPathways, community engagement projects and nurse-led models of care.
