Guide to MBS items on HealthPathways

HealthPathways is a free online clinical tool supporting Murrumbidgee clinicians in evaluating, managing, and referring patients to local services. It is specifically designed for use during consultations.

Some updates on Guide to MBS items:

• First Nations people now only need a chronic disease management plan or health assessment to access up to 10 allied health services.

• Multidisciplinary case conferences for complex neurodevelopmental disorders are now available for eligible patients up to 25 years of age.

• A digital approved form is available to support the electronic assignment of benefit for telehealth services as an alternative to using verbal assignment.
