Well Connected
Well Connected provides free, short-term support for people who experience mental health and wellbeing challenges.
The program supports people to manage their day-to-day needs, including:
Improving social skills and community connections
Help managing daily tasks and routines (e.g. grocery shopping, attending appointments)
Assistance with financial management and budgeting
Finding and maintaining a home
Developing vocational skills and setting goals
Maintaining physical wellbeing
Building life skills and resilience
Reducing the need to access acute health services

Eligibility: For people aged 16+ who experience mental health and wellbeing challenges and are not eligible for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Cost: All services are fully funded.
Provider: Wellways Australia.
Location: Murrumbidgee region. Support workers are located in, or outreach to, all communities in the Murrumbidgee region.
How to access the service: Referrals to Well Connected can be made from clinicians, other support services, general practitioners, family members, friend or self.
