In this pivotal role, you’ll support the delivery of high‑quality health services across our region by managing contract performance, strengthening provider relationships, and helping shape programs that make a real community impact.

What you’ll do

  • Manage day‑to‑day contract performance and reporting

  • Build strong, productive relationships with providers and stakeholders

  • Analyse activity data and support enhancements to service delivery

  • Draft and maintain high‑quality contract documentation

  • Assist with procurement processes, compliance, and performance risk management

  • Play a key role in improving contracting processes and contributing to organisation‑wide reporting

Essential criteria

  • Tertiary qualifications or 3+ years’ experience in health, business, or contract management

  • Experience managing contract or project deliverables

  • Strong relationship‑management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate

  • High‑level written, numerical and analytical capability

  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to thrive in complex environments

  • NSW Driver Licence and ability to pass a Criminal History Check

  • Experience in a primary health care setting would be advantageous.
