Executive Assistant to the CEO

A pivotal Executive Assistant role supporting meaningful work across the Murrumbidgee region.

Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network (MPHN) is looking for a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO - someone who thrives in a dynamic and engaging environment, communicates beautifully, solves problems before they grow, and is energised by supporting a leader who is deeply committed to improving health outcomes for our communities.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant who enjoys being trusted, valued, and involved in work that genuinely makes a difference.

The EA Role

The Executive Assistant will be the CEO’s key support and trusted partner, ensuring they are organised, prepared, and able to lead with clarity and confidence. You will manage high‑level communication, coordinate important relationships, and prepare polished written material including correspondence, briefing notes, reports, and presentations. You will also play an active role in facilitating the smooth flow of information across the organisation and helping shape how the Executive Office operates.

The CEO’s time and focus directly influence MPHN’s ability to deliver impactful programs and strengthen the healthcare system. By supporting them, you contribute meaningfully to this mission, helping ensure our communities receive the care, access, and support they need. In return, you'll become part of a team that values kindness, collaboration, flexibility, and professional growth.
