About the Role

As our Procurement Officer, you will support the delivery of efficient, compliant health services procurement activities across the organisation. This includes coordinating procurement processes, preparing high-quality documentation, supporting tender activities and evaluation panels, and contributing to contract administration. You’ll play an important role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time and in line with organisational policies and legislative requirements.

You’ll also help maintain procurement systems and records, support planning activities, and work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to progress procurement projects. This is a varied, hands-on role where your organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities will be key to success.

Essential Criteria

  • Experience in administration, coordination, or a similar role
