About the role
As Senior Health Manager - Community Health Programs, you will lead a broad and impactful portfolio, translating strategy into practical, outcomes-focused action. You will:
Lead commissioning and program delivery aligned to local needs, evidence and reform priorities
Build and sustain partnerships across communities, providers and system stakeholders
Ensure community voice and lived experience inform planning, design and delivery
Drive innovative, evidence-informed models of care that improve access and outcomes
Contribute to organisational strategy, planning and performance
Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver meaningful results
About you
You are a strategic and collaborative senior leader who can navigate complexity, influence stakeholders and turn vision into action. You bring:
Significant leadership experience within health, community services or a related sector
Experience working across priority population groups in inclusive, culturally responsive ways
Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership building capability
The ability to translate data, evidence and policy into practical initiatives and service improvements
Proven experience leading teams and delivering results
