Operational agility and excellence

Strong organisations need systems and cultures that can adapt, protect what matters and keep improving.

The 2025-2026 year brought continued investment in the foundations that support MPHN’s work across the Murrumbidgee. This included achieving an internationally recognised information security milestone, while maintaining its commitment to quality and continuous improvement. MPHN also continued embedding reconciliation and inclusion into everyday business – from staff capability and organisational policies to the way services are planned, commissioned and delivered.

These initiatives reflect operational excellence in its broadest sense: robust systems and governance, an inclusive and culturally aware workforce, and an organisation equipped to respond confidently to changing community and health system needs.
