EOI now open: GPs with a special interest - Suicide Prevention Program

MPHN is offering general practices with an interest in suicide prevention to participate in the Suicide Prevention Program.

The program aims to develop the capacity and confidence of the general practice workforce to identify and respond to patients and community members who are experiencing suicidal distress.   

This is a competitive EOI, and general practices in the MPHN region are eligible to apply.  

Please find attached an Expression of Interest (EOI) Guidance Document and Response Form for completion.
