Help your patients BREATHE easier: join a groundbreaking breathlessness study

Chronic breathlessness is a common but under-recognised symptom in general practice. The BREATHE study, led by the George Institute, is the world’s first to use patient self-screening for breathlessness integrated with electronic medical records. It provides feedback to GPs to support diagnosis and management.

The study is now recruiting 40 primary care practices across urban, regional and rural areas. Each participating practice will aim to recruit 10 patients over 12 months. Practices will be remunerated for their involvement. (Note: Diagnosis and treatment remain at the discretion of the treating GP.)

Eligibility:
Practices must use Best Practice medical software and either use (or be open to using) Better Consult.
