New Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinic to open in Wagga Wagga
A new Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinic will open in Wagga Wagga in early 2026, providing access to specialised care for endometriosis, pelvic pain, perimenopause and menopause for people across the Murrumbidgee region.
The clinic, which will be delivered by Nova Health Co, is funded by the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing as part of its national expansion of Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinics. Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network (MPHN) will work closely with Nova Health Co and oversee the implementation and delivery of the clinic to ensure it meets the needs of the local community.
Working closely with local clinicians, the new clinic will improve access to diagnosis, treatment and referral services for those living with endometriosis and pelvic pain and provide support for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause.
Alongside providing direct patient care, the clinic will collaborate with local health professionals to establish referral pathways, strengthening diagnosis and treatment options across the region. The clinic will offer inclusive and culturally safe care, ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their health journey.
MPHN Acting CEO Narelle Mills welcomed the announcement, saying the clinic will enhance local health services.
“This funding is a welcome investment in the health of women and gender diverse people in our region,” Ms Mills said.
“It will help provide the right training, equipment, patient resources, and referral pathways so people can get the care they need close to home.”
Dr Trudi Beck, Director of Nova Health Co, said the clinic will make a difference for women living with these often-debilitating conditions.
“We know that endometriosis and pelvic pain can have a significant impact on daily life, and access to timely, specialised care is essential,” Dr Beck said.
“Our team is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care and working closely with local clinicians to ensure patients receive the support they need.”
Further details, including the official opening date and how to access the clinic, will be shared in the coming weeks.
