Residents living with severe and complex mental health needs across the Murrumbidgee region are expected to benefit from a new multidisciplinary mental health program, with MPHN today announcing a tender opportunity. 

Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network (MPHN) and Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) have today launched the 2025–2030 Murrumbidgee Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and Alcohol and Other Drugs Regional Plan, setting a clear roadmap for improving mental health and wellbeing outcomes over the next five years.

A successful pilot program led by Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network has shown how nurse-led clinics can improve access to chronic disease care in regional communities, with promising results for patients and practices alike.
