General Practice Palliative Care Education Series

GPs have a pivotal role to play in the care of their dying patients and families. This importance of the GP role will only increase with our growing and ageing population. This education series delivered by The Centre for Palliative Care, will provide GPs with practical information and resources to enhance their knowledge and skills when caring for dying patients and their families.

Recognise the common challenges faced by carers and increase your confidence in preparing families and carers for their role. Develop your knowledge of bereavement risk factors and strategies and resources that can be accessed.
