Pivoting to the perpetrator: How to engage with patients who use domestic violence
This workshop series is for GPs and other primary care providers to enhance your knowledge and confidence to safely engage with people who use domestic and family violence. A panel of experts will discuss how to identify when violence is occurring and how to sensitively ask and respond to disclosures and encourage your patients to seek help appropriately. GPs can attain 3 CPD points for attending either session (Intro or Advanced). OR 40 CPD points has been applied for GPs attending both Part 1 and 2 sessions (3 hours) plus pre and post activity (1-2 hours).
