Free professional development for rural health professionals, courtesy of Charles Sturt University, Three Rivers Department of Rural Health.

This free face-to-face professional development for health professionals will focus on how to have tough talks, give self-care, and boundaries.

The session includes:  

Tough talks – you will understand how to plan and approach and the tools to use for tough talks or courageous conversations. We will look at some tools and then practice having tough talks together.  

Self-care and boundaries – we will think through the principles and practical ways of considering your boundaries at work and how/when to practice self-care.
