The C the Whole Story Forum III: Advancing Integration of Hepatitis C Care is a free, online forum featuring expert-led discussions and interactive sessions on the innovative ways hepatitis C care is being integrated across housing, mental health, and AOD settings.
Sessions will cover practical insights on peer-led and nurse-led models, stigma reduction, and person-centered approaches. Participants will also discuss how we can collaborate across sectors to overcome barriers in healthcare systems, enhance community engagement, and improve care pathways.
This forum is suitable for community-based workers, NSP workers, and peer workers who are working in housing and homelessness, mental health and/or AOD settings, alongside healthcare providers and allied health workers with an interest in hepatitis C.
The C the Whole Story Forum III: Advancing Integration of Hepatitis C Care is run by ASHM, with guidance from a National Steering Committee representing community organisations, sector peak organisations, people with a living or lived experience, and national, state and territory, and local health services. This activity has received funding from the Australian Government Department of Health.
