Free Medicare Mental Health Check In webinar

Join the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing for a free webinar on Medicare Mental Health Check In, an online service for people experiencing mild mental health challenges.

The service helps people build practical skills, confidence, and improve their mental health through Low-intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (LiCBT). 

The webinar will help health professionals better understand:

  • how Medicare Mental Health Check In works 

  • which patients may benefit from the service 

  • the evidence behind LiCBT 

  • referral pathways and integration with clinical care 

  • patient safety, privacy and risk management processes.

The session will also include practical examples, patient journey insights and a live Q&A with experts from the department and St Vincent’s Health Australia.
