Want to improve health outcomes and provide culturally safe healthcare for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in your community? Come along to our one-day workshop to learn about maximising the opportunity for the prevention of disease at each health service visit.

In this interactive workshop a National Guide author along with a skilled continuous quality improvement practitioner will discuss how best to utilise the fourth edition of the National Guide when providing care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people.

The workshop will be practical and highly interactive, consisting of case studies and small group learning activities.

  • Features of the National Guide, including:

    • Recommendation tables

    • Good practice points

    • Evidence base

    • Lifecycle wall chart

  • Putting the National Guide into practice

This is an approved CPD activity.
