Pride Month

Pride Month in June celebrates LGBTQIA+ rights, acceptance, equality, and contributions, while raising awareness of ongoing issues.

Last year, MPHN commissioned an LGBTQIA+ Health Needs Assessment, shedding light on the challenges faced by this community in accessing healthcare.

There are simple steps we can take to create a welcoming spaces, such as displaying Welcome Here signs in prominent places to show LGBTIQIA+ diversity is welcomed and celebrated within a business or organisation.
