Counselling service with extensive experience in memory issues, dementia and aged care.
Aged care facilities. Support for people living with dementia, with a focus on promoting wellbeing and independence, and what brings meaning and purpose to the lives of each individual. Your care team partners will provide care that is flexible, compassionate and responsive to the needs of each and every resident.

Flexible care assist older and frail aged persons and other persons with disabilities who live in the Hilltops Local Government Area to maintain independent living where this is considered to be safe and appropriate by providing a range of support services including transport, respite, personal care, social support individual/group, yard maintenance, domestic assistance and meals on wheels.
