About this Request for Proposals (RFP)
MPHN is significantly expanding a multidisciplinary mental health model as a region-wide program to deliver multidisciplinary mental health services to people with severe and/or complex mental health needs within general practice. The service is called 'Better. Together. Your mental health care team in general practice'.
Evaluating health services is essential for optimising care quality, improving patient outcomes, and ensuring the efficient use of resources. To ensure Better. Together. is meeting the intended outcomes, MPHN will be evaluating the program over the course of service establishment and delivery.
Opportunity on offer
MPHN is seeking proposals from suitably experienced providers to evaluate the Better. Together. Program. This will include an independent evaluation of the model’s effectiveness, provider and patient experience, and recommendations for future model development.
