Grounded Minds: cultivating wellbeing, one session at a time

LikeMind is hosting a garden-based activities group designed to support wellbeing for people of all ages and abilities.

The program focuses on:

  • Emotional and psychological wellbeing

  • Physical health and gentle movement

  • Stress reduction and relaxation

  • Social connection and confidence

  • Connection with nature and the environment

When: Tuesdays from 30 June (4 weeks), 10:00am – 12:00pm
