2024 Primary Healthcare Awards: Innovation

‘Intergenerational Activity: Integrating generations of the Deniliquin Community’, winners of the 2023 Innovation award.

Our Innovation award recognises activities promoting new or creative ways to improve the health and wellbeing of our community, or improve business outcomes. 

Innovation could include activities that have led to improved: 
⭐ healthcare journeys 
⭐ healthcare outcomes 
⭐ partnerships 
⭐ user experience 
⭐ waiting times 
⭐ business outcomes. 
 
With the delivery of high quality, person-centred and connected health care, fresh approaches to business productivity and services can be important to achieve improved health outcomes. Innovation requires being open to and testing new ideas. 

The Primary Healthcare Awards honour the hard work and dedication of healthcare workers in the primary care setting, and recognise the contribution the Murrumbidgee community makes to improving health across the region.
