The My Health app has now transitioned to the 1800MEDICARE app. This updated app continues to provide a secure and convenient way to view key health information in My Health Record, including information uploaded by patients, healthcare providers or representatives.
Key features
The 1800MEDICARE app allows users to:
Access electronic prescriptions and their Active Script List
View key My Health Record information
Find and book health services
What your patients need to do
If patients previously downloaded the My Health app, it may have updated automatically
If it has not updated, they can manually update via device settings or by searching ‘1800MEDICARE’ in their app store
