MPHN invite General Practitioners and Allied Health professionals to this professional development training by Heartlinks.
GPs and Allied Health professionals will often be first responders in these cases and have a responsibility to identify and respond empathetically, in a manner that does not put the victim-survivor at more risk and, where necessary, provide appropriate referrals.
Learn how to identify, respond safely to, and support victim-survivors of domestic abuse; and provide referral pathways and information to support safety and recovery
