DV-alert Training
DV-alert (Domestic Violence Response Training) is Lifeline Australia's free nationally recognised training designed for health, allied health and community support frontline workers. DV-alert training builds the knowledge and capacity of community workers to provide appropriate support to women and their children who may be experiencing domestic violence. During the two-day practical workshop, you’ll learn how to:
RECOGNISE signs of domestic and family violence,
RESPOND to someone subjected to domestic and family violence, and
REFER people experiencing or at risk of domestic and family violence to appropriate support services.
