DV-alert Training

DV-alert Training

DV-alert (Domestic Violence Response Training) is Lifeline Australia's free nationally recognised training designed for health, allied health and community support frontline workers. DV-alert training builds the knowledge and capacity of community workers to provide appropriate support to women and their children who may be experiencing domestic violence. During the two-day practical workshop, you’ll learn how to:

  • RECOGNISE signs of domestic and family violence,

  • RESPOND to someone subjected to domestic and family violence, and

  • REFER people experiencing or at risk of domestic and family violence to appropriate support services.
