Connecting physical and mental health (Griffith)

Free training for community and mental health workers

We’ve partnered with Mental Health Coordinating Council to deliver four free training sessions focused on the critical connection between physical and mental health.

Connecting Physical and Mental Health equips mental health and community service workers with practical strategies to support the physical wellbeing of the people they work alongside.

This one-day course explores key physical health risks experienced by people living with persistent mental health conditions and provides realistic, respectful ways to talk about health without judgement, shame or assumptions.
