HYPE Helping Young People Evolve – Centacare SWNSW

HYPE – Helping Young People Evolve, delivered by Centacare SWNSW, is a community-focused event designed to support, empower and connect young people across the Griffith region.

The event will be held on 26 March 2026 at the Griffith Community Centre and will bring together school students from across the Riverina in a positive, inclusive and engaging environment. The day will focus on education, community engagement, connection and celebration, creating space for young people to feel supported and heard.

HYPE aims to strengthen community bonds and increase awareness of local support services by bringing young people together in a safe and welcoming setting. Opportunities to connect with services and trusted adults will be embedded throughout the event.

Each participant will receive a resource bag at the conclusion of the event, branded with clear help-seeking information to support ongoing access to care and support beyond the day itself.

The overarching goal of HYPE is to inspire positive change, build confidence and support personal growth among young people, while reinforcing that help and support are available within the community.
