Mental Health phone support
Medicare Mental Health offers a free, confidential phone service (1800 595 212) for anyone seeking advice or support, including carers and family members. Trained professionals and peer workers connect callers to local services that best meet their needs. Available weekdays, 8:30 am–5:00 pm (excluding public holidays).

The Get Healthy Service is an evidence‑based NSW Health coaching program that supports people to make lifestyle changes. Qualified health coaches can help with:
eating well and being physically active
reaching and maintaining a healthy weight
drinking less alcohol
managing or lowering the risk of illness and chronic disease
The program is designed to fit in with daily life, with advice tailored to individual goals.
