Aged Care On-site Pharmacist measure update

From 1 July 2026, credentialing for the Aged Care On-site Pharmacist (ACOP) Measure became mandatory, following the end of the transition period on 30 June 2026. Pharmacists participating in the program must now meet all ACOP credentialing requirements.

Funding under the Measure has also increased to $145,277.04 (GST inclusive) per full-time equivalent ACOP per year.
