Supporting medicine access in palliative care
Australia now has a nationally consistent approach to supporting medicine access for people receiving palliative care.
To support implementation, the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia has launched the National Core Community Palliative Care Medicines online module.
This free, self-paced CPD module helps pharmacists understand the National Core Community Palliative Care Medicines and their role in end-of-life care, supporting greater confidence in medicine access and patient care within the community.
