MPHN in partnership with Novartis invites you to join a series of 3 interactive educational meetings designed specifically to educate primary care nurses working in primary care clinics about Heart Failure (HF) as it relates to their day to day management of patients: disease awareness; recognition of signs and symptoms; identification and assessment of patients and treatment options.
