Key Criteria  

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a leadership role within the healthcare sector, preferably within allied health.

  • Strong understanding of the allied health landscape and the challenges and opportunities within primary care.

  • Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships with a variety of stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.

  • Experience with digital health tools and an understanding of their application in primary care.

  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • A commitment to continuous improvement and quality management.

  • Willingness to travel across the Murrumbidgee region.

  • A current drivers license is required.
