The Black Dog institute has developed Recognise and Respond - Suicide Prevention for Everyday Life. It’s a 1-hr online course to reduce and prevent suicides in Australia
Livingworks
Learn how to recognise when someone is thinking about suicide and how to connect them to help and support. Free for 90 minute online training for ages 13 and up.

The Murrumbidgee Suicide Prevention and Aftercare Collaborative’s ongoing commitment to suicide prevention and aftercare for the Murrumbidgee region.
In 2018, key stakeholders involved in suicide prevention in the Murrumbidgee region came together for a roundtable discussion on current initiatives, challenges, and gaps in suicide prevention and postvention strategies.

The LGBTQIA+ Group is a safe, welcoming, and confidential space for LGBTQIA+ adults of the Murrumbidgee region to come together and support one another. This is for those looking for mental health support, meaningful connection, and a place to be heard without judgment.
Safe Haven services are warm, welcoming spaces for people experiencing a suicidal crisis. People attending the Safe Havens will receive compassionate care provided by peer workers with a lived experience of suicidality.
Who: Any expectant parent, new parents (baby 12 months or younger), or parent who has experienced a pregnancy or childbirth related loss within the last 12 months and who have a diagnosis of, or are at risk of developing a perinatal mood or anxiety disorder.

Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network (MPHN) and Murrumbidgee Local Health District (MLHD) have today launched the 2025–2030 Murrumbidgee Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and Alcohol and Other Drugs Regional Plan, setting a clear roadmap for improving mental health and wellbeing outcomes over the next five years.
