Enhancing Paediatrics in Primary Care
If you’re concerned about your child’s behaviour or development, your GP is a great place to start.
What is the EPiPC program?
The Enhancing Paediatrics in Primary Care (EPiPC) program helps GPs across the Murrumbidgee region support families with children under 7 who are experiencing behavioural or developmental concerns.
How it works
Through EPiPC, your GP can access expert advice from a Community Paediatrician. This support helps ensure your child receives the right screening, early intervention, and next steps — all within the familiar setting of your GP practice.
Why it matters
Early support can make a big difference. EPiPC helps keep your child’s care local, timely, and coordinated — improving the journey for both children and their families.
Who to talk to
If you have concerns about your child’s (aged 0-7 years) development or behaviour, talk to your GP and ask about the EPiPC program. Your GP can learn more here.
