Guidance on out-of-cycle assessment of general practices.

General practice can undergo significant change between Accreditation assessments. Such events might include a change of ownership, a merger with another practice or change of practice principal, among others.

Practices need to be aware that, ultimately, these changes may also alter the Accreditation certification when they occur between assessments.
