We’re on the lookout for a part-time Administration Officer to join our vibrant Living Well Your Way team in Wagga Wagga. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a passionate team doing great work across the region to improve community health outcomes.

The Administration Officer provides high-quality administrative support to the Living Well, Your Way team to ensure the smooth and efficient delivery of team activities and projects. The role is responsible for coordinating meeting logistics, preparing agendas, minute-taking, data collection and entry, maintaining accurate records, and supporting survey and research administration. This position plays a key role in enabling the team to focus on delivering programs that improve health and wellbeing outcomes across the region. 

Essential Criteria  

  • Has previous experience taking meeting minutes, strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills. 

  • Is organised, reliable, and able to manage competing priorities. 

  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and digital meeting platforms (like Teams or Zoom). 

  • Enjoys working in a collaborative environment and is keen to contribute to meaningful work. 

  • Has flexible availability and can adapt to changing needs and priorities.
