Practice Networking Meeting: AI in General Practice
The November Practice Networking meeting is on Artificial Intelligence in general practice. This is an exciting and evolving space, with many clinicians either using AI, trialling AI or considering it. To shed more light on AI in general practice, we have two presenters attending our November meeting:
Dr David Fraile Navarro, Macquarie University, who is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow - Generative AI, Australian Institute of Health Innovation. He is a trained GP with over 7 years of clinical experience in Spain and the UK. Dr Navarro’s body of research includes a paper titled “Proactively designing generative artificial intelligence for primary care”, written with Richard Lehman. David will talk about AI opportunities in general practice.
Karen Castle RN, Grad Cert Paediatrics Cert IV Training and Assessment, Risk Adviser, Avant. Karen will discuss risk management of AI in general practice.
