Clinical Education Pathway Scholarships now available

Clinical education pathway scholarships for clinicians supporting patients with chronic conditions are now available.

MPHN is seeking clinicians directly involved in the care of people with COPD and CHF in the community, with an interest in developing their practice by participating in an education pathway of self-directed online learning funded under a scholarship arrangement with MPHN.
