COVID-19 vaccine supply update

Moderna 12+ PFS

The Commonwealth’s supply of the Moderna (XBB.1.5) 12 years + PFS vaccine is nearing depletion and the last order window will likely close on 3 May 2024. After this time additional orders can be requested through the Vaccine Operations Centre (VOC) and will be assessed on a case by case basis. 

Pfizer 5-11 years (orange cap)

The Pfizer 5-11years (orange cap) expired on the 30th April – please check your fridges and remove any remaining stock. 

Available vaccines

Pfizer (XBB.1.5) 5-11 years (light Blue) is available – preferred

Pfizer (XBB.1.5) 12 + years – preferred

Pfizer (BA.4-5) 12+ – still available 

If you would like to commence/recommence administering a new vaccine, please submit a request in the COVID-19 Vaccine Administrative System (CVAS) to activate access to one or more vaccine products.
