Vulnerable Peoples Vaccination Program Grants 2024

Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network is inviting vaccination providers and local organisations with strong links to vulnerable populations in our community to provide innovative and coordinated activities to deliver and promote vaccinations to vulnerable populations.  

Please find attached an Expression of Interest (EOI) Guidance Document for more information about the program and the EOI response process. 

To respond to the EOI and apply for a grant, please click on the webform link in ‘Section 12, To Apply’, on page 8 in the Guidance Document.   

Applications will be evaluated monthly from May to August 2024.

This EOI opportunity closes 5:00 pm, Friday 23 August 2024, and all activity must be completed by 31 December 2024.
