Medicare Benefits Scheme + palliative care

While there are no specific palliative care or advance care planning MBS items, there are MBS items available to support the delivery of palliative care and advance care planning.

 End of Life Directions for Aged Care (ELDAC) have also generated MBS items in relation palliative care provided in community and residential aged care settings.
