HealthPathways is a free online clinical tool supporting Murrumbidgee clinicians in evaluating, managing, and referring patients to local services. It is specifically designed for use during consultations.

Chronic kidney disease is common and predicts an increase in poorer clinical outcomes. GPs should do regular kidney health checks on at-risk people and have a good understanding of the available local services when patients need further support and management.
