HealthPathways is a free online clinical tool supporting Murrumbidgee clinicians in evaluating, managing, and referring patients to local services. It is specifically designed for use during consultations.

Immunisation:

  • Travel Vaccination – This page is a Lead region page with more improve communication with the ‘Travel consultation’ pathway by linking in Assessment and Management. Used a new source to create information relevant about changes in travel medicine and vaccination, including COVID. Travel vaccination is a routine part of general practice, as high numbers of Australians are travelling overseas and the risk of developing diseases increasing due to variety of factors.

  • Travel Consultation – Another Lead region page with linked medication to AMH and streamlined linking to vaccination page. A travel consultation helps to prepare travellers and minimises the risks that may occur during travel.

  • Influenza Immunisation – this page has recently been reviewed added new vaccines available on NIP, and new strains covered. Annual influenza vaccination is the important measure to prevent influenza and its complications.
